Dr. Santhosh Rajagandhi is a highly experienced Neurosurgeon with over 21 years of expertise in treating a wide range of neurological conditions. Having worked at prestigious institutions such as Fortis Hospitals in Bangalore and Max Hospitals in New Delhi, he has collaborated with renowned experts in the field. Specializing in minimally invasive brain and spine surgeries, Dr. Santhosh has performed over 8,500 surgeries, including complex Brain tumor operations, Skull Base surgeries, Neuroendoscopy, Cerebral Aneurysm treatments, Head and Spine trauma management, and advanced procedures like Endoscopic Spine Surgery.
Dr. Santhosh is the Senior Consultant Neurosurgeon at East Coast Hospital, Pondicherry, since September 2021. He also serves as the Professor & HoD of Neurosurgery at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and as a Visiting Consultant at Gleneagles Global Health City, Chennai.
